Generally, you don't need to talk to customer support. Use 'help & contact' top left of your Ebay page and put in a general search term like 'cancel a sale'. In this case, you can cancel immediately or wait 5 days and use the reason 'buyer did not pay' which appears 4 full days after the sale. Personally, i would just cancel.
