Some of my buyers have complained that parcels haven’t arrived?
Hey there, I have been selling some ps1 and ps2 games and in the last few days 4 of my parcels haven’t arrived and buyers opened a case and I just refund them so I don’t have any negative reviews.
the problem is think was the label that i choose which was small letter for some of them even though some of the items had a bit more than 100g.
What will happen to these parcels? Are they coming back to me? I’m losing money

·10 months agoIt is up to you to make sure your items have sufficient postage on.
So. going forward, make sure you weigh everything and use a Large Letter stamp or label if the item won't go through the smallest slot at the Post Office - less than 5mm thick.
If you don't put enough postage on, the items may get delivered eventually but insufficient postage may lead to a delay of a week or more in delivery and, if the item does turn up, there will be a fine for the buyer to pay.
Then, if the buyer refuses to accept the item, as long as you put a return address on, the packages may come back to you.

As a new seller on ebay I’m still learning. Also, it’s hard to offer or pay myself nearly £3 of postage for something I’m selling for less than £5 😬
The labels were printed at the post office, not sure if it has my address unfortunately. If they somehow come back to me, would i have to pay the postage? Thank you

·10 months agoI genuinely don't know if you will have to pay to receive items that have been returned to you if they have insufficient postage on.
I can only say 'wait and see'.
