What the title says, I sent it through special delivery as the buyer paid me extra for it and sent it. I have the tracking number as well as proof of delivery with a photo. However, I could not cancel ebay's simple delivery label which has been unused and I cannot update the tracking number.I tried calling ebay and unfortunately because my mom (the account holder) is abroad, they won't help me at all despite me being the one managing the account and having full access. The first ebay representative was willing to hear me out because it was a small request, I just need to change the tracking number, but the 2nd one I got transferred to pretty much said "no" and ended my call without giving me a chance to explain.Anyway, what steps should I follow? Any way the buyer can mark it as delivered or something? Or do I have to wait until my mom gets back?I could perfectly resolve this through ebay live chat but for some reason this new AI isn't giving me the option to do so, just the call back option.
