sold orders no longer able to delete
see they messed up this help
anyways used to be able to delete old sold orders from the list once marked as dispatched for last few days cannot keeps coming up with (we cannot delete right now try again later) and ofc it wont don't bother with the ai has as much sense as a snail (cruel to snails i know) just thought i would mention it

Mentor2 weeks agoThats right you cannot delete them. The data is required for 12 months due to reporting etc with HMRC, which you will be as you have sold over 30 items in the past 90 days.
You also need to consider registering your account correctly.
