Sold items still showing in active listings.

Question

Hi, I have an issue with items I have sold remaining on ‘active listings’.

I raised this back in July, and promised a reply in 48 hours, nothing yet.

I have tried deleting them, but they come back. Makes it difficult to keep track or work out what item to promote, I am a three year old private seller.

Sorry, I have just seen this question was unanswered so if the issue has been solved please ignore the following!

When I was selling, this happened to me a few times, and I agree it's disconcerting, but if you look at the items if this happens again, there is no ' Buy it Now' available so it cannot be sold twice, and usually reverts back to normal within a day or so.

It's a site glitch of which there are many ! 😐
