Sold items show as Dispached, they were delivered months ago
I sold 2 items on November, 10. Both show as "Dispached" in my Orders lists. Both have been Delivered. How do I get the dispached updated to delivered for those items?

Mentor6 months agoYes, you will receive your money, but it may take 14 days.
What you could do is to contact Customer Services give the tracking details showing delivery and ask if your payout can be released sooner. No guarantee they will but worth asking.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
