Sold items payment didn’t pay the buyers
Hi i we sold the item Toyota Auris someone already bought but the person didn’t pay or no collection no communicate so please readvert
and eBay need to permanently burn the person Bcz waste my time please quickly resolve this cases

I'm afraid that if anyone gets burned it's likely to be you, for the "false positive" feedback you left the buyer.
Unfair as it may seem, eBay does not allow sellers to leave anything except positive feedback with positive comments for buyers. Criticising them in any way is not allowed. You can only hope that your buyer doesn't realise that they can report you for this; if they do, eBay will remove the feeback and penalise you for feedback policy violation.
It doesn't make any difference that it's true, it's still not allowed.
If they haven't paid within 4 days of the listing ending you cancel the sale for non-payment and the buyer will at least receive an unpaid item strike.

Mentor3 months agoBuyers are allowed 4 complete days to pay before you can open a Non Payment case ---listing fees are not refunded but you can recover any FVFs by opening an Unpaid case for non payment after 4 days and give timewasters a well deserved account defect/strike --- not shown but is effective in stopping/blocking persistent Non Payers >

·3 months agoYou will have to relist manually and pay again if you want to sell your car on Ebay.
Although it is more expensive, it might be better to use the classified ad. format.
Cars seem to attract a lot of time wasters.
Ebay won't act against your buyer although you can report them for non-payment four complete days after the sale.
It looks as if the sale was only agreed today. Perhaps they need more time to contact you.
