Sold item still showing up in active items list
One of my sold items is still showing up in my active items list. (Sold 17th June 2026). Ebay indicate that this item needs to be restocked. I do not have the 'listings stay active when out of stock' marked, and it was not a multi-quantity listing. I do not seem to be able to remove the listing. Is this a technical fault? The listing is still being counted as part of my monthly listings allowance. This is the only item I am having problems with!

OP3 weeks agoThanks for the reply. Item is only showing up on my site, and is not coming up as a search (it was a Lledo RNLI Lifeboat van). I have now reported it to eBay as a technical fault so I will see if anything comes of it! I have been with eBay for 26 years, and this is the first time that this particular problem has happened. (I know eBay suffers from various glitches from time to time!)

Mentor3 weeks agoThis has happened to me several times when selling in the past.
It's a bit worrying when seeing it, but look again at the one in active listing, there should be no ' Buy it Now' , no button for anyone to actually buy it again.
Some of mine even , albeit in tiny writing , top left actually said .... ' you have sold this item'. I use a laptop with Chrome.
The item in active listing will disappear can take a day or two, but it's a known temp tech issue.
