Sold item sent to wrong buyer
I posted an item I sold to the wrong Ebay buyer. How can I contact Ebay to resolve the situation as the wrong buyer has not replied to my messages

Mentor1 year agoIf nothing else place this member on your blocked bidders list, unless he contacts to return what he has received.

Mentor1 year agoeBay can't do anything. The buyer should open a "not as described" return to get a postage label to send it back. If they won't do that there's nothing you can do either. If there is a buyer for the item you will have to cancel/refund that transaction.

Mentor1 year agoI'm afraid eBay cannot help you here, you would need the recipient to send the item back to you, and looks like they are being unhelpful.
Has their item reached another buyer, or have you used a previous sale to them as the address for this recent sale?
If this member is not responding to your messages, have you given the time to, they may not be regularly logged into eBay, but if they don't reply, you will have to explain the situation to the ' correct buyer' , and ask them to open a case for item not received.
Refund through those case details within 3 days, that way it will not impact your seller performance.
