Sold Item postage label, with wrong return address

Hi All,

Is there anyone that can help me with this issue, I have sold an item and when I have gone to print the label for postage, the label has the wrong return address. I have checked all my information and my current address is in the return section. However I cannot get the label with the current address if the item is returned, any ideas how to solve this issue?

Double check addresses on here:

https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/uas/addresses

You should probably cancel transaction with buyer's agreement via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list, and relist after checking addresses, to get a correct label.
