OP6 months agoThanks for your help. See pic attached. two identical items. the buy it now price is £130 so im unsure why someone got one for £108 ? no aparent extra fees ?

Mentor6 months agoWell the mathematical answer is that 108 is 130 less 1/6 of 130. Which means they have deducted 20% and what is 20%? VAT.
What was the address for the buyer of the 108 item? You have paid an international transaction fee on that sale.

Mentor6 months ago@papso22 buyer in Denmark vat is 25% according to a Danish invoice I had this morning for a parcel. This will be an IOSS payment.

Mentor6 months agoThe import VAT would be 25% but the export VAT is 20%.
A UK VAT free export needs 20% deducted (or actually 1/6 of the VAT inclusive selling price).

OP6 months agoThat makes sense. might be best to not offer international sales on tight margins. Thank you

Mentor6 months agoShow the sale details, as it appears to have sold for full price. What fees have been deducted?

OP6 months agoThe percentage fees are the same ?

Mentor6 months agoI don't know have you checked your financial summary to see what the break down in fees was?
