Sold defective items
Bought a fashdrive (listing has been removed for violating policy) and an sd card, both listed as 2tb. Both items are erasing or corrupting all files sent to them and sellers are not responding to messages. Please help.

Mentor4 months agoWe often hear about problems with memory devices like Flash Drives and SD cards bought on eBay. That said, you bought these two devices from different sellers and it's odd that they both had the same fault, to erase or corrupt your files. (The usual complaint is that the storage capacity is less than described.) Have you eliminated the possibility that the fault is in the device you're using them with?
If they're definitely faulty all you have to do is open two cases under eBay's money back guarantee. The only complication is that you may have to contact eBay customer support regarding the device that was removed by eBay after the sale was complete.
