Sold coat accidentally as mens but might be womens
Sold a coat which I thought was men’s. No label either way in it and a neutral colour. When packing it on Saturday pm realised the cut may be female.
I’ve messaged buyer to ask if they still want it and apologise. I didn’t think about it. Listed as mens acidentally and don’t want to lose my good feedback.
I don’t want to post it and they don’t want it but they haven’t replied. I sent images and measurement sizes with photos of the coat to help them decide.
should I cancel the order anyway? Will I be penalised. It’s a genuine mistake and I don’t want to cause the buyer issues having to return it.

Mentor5 months agoI would cancel. As they haven't replied it's just possible there is a location issue so you can use "problem with buyer's address" which won't harm your account.
