Sold but not collected
I sold a large item that clearly stated collection only.
The buyer has paid, it wasn't much, then realised I was too far away for him to collect.
He told me to keep the money for the bother, but the item is still showing 'waiting collection' how can I get round this without going back to him.

Mentor1 month agoWithout the buyers collection code you can't close off the transaction. It will eventually disappear though, and won't harm your selling account in any way while its like this.
