Sold an item only for ebay to close sellers account once sent
eBay have closed my buyers account once my items have been sent . Told me to contact the delivery company to see if the delivery can be returned .
so I’ve lost the items , not been paid and it will be interesting to see who is paying the postage costs . But guess it will be me .

OP4 months agoThanks . As you described eBay have credited my account and I’ve been able to withdraw the funds to my bank .

Mentor4 months agoIn these situations the seller still gets paid by ebay.
As long as you posted when ebay said the buyer had paid them, you should be fine.
We see these messages a lot and no-one ever comes back to say they lost out.
