Sold a collection only (piece of furniture) .. they have paid but not made contact...

Sold the item last week.. they paid immediately. I sent a polite message via Ebay to thank them and ask when they wanted to collect.. no response.. 3 further messages no response!!! What do I do!!! (They have 800 positive feedback so can't believe they don't know how Ebay works..)

One last message with a final date for contact and if no contact cancel sale and refund.Use reason “problem with address” as reason to cancel.Add buyer to your blocked bidders list.
