Sold 4 large items in 1 transaction, which cant be packaged together as to large and heavy. only 1 postage label

Question

I am selling Cat 6 boxes of cable on ebay.. someone has bought 4 in one transaction.. cant combine them into one packageusing simple delivery so only have one postage label for 4 boxes? is that right?

You'll have to cancel the transactions with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for items on your orders list) and relist with correct postage. If you have to send separately ask buyer to space out the purchases and not to combine them at checkout.
