Sold 3 boxes, but DHL label says "parcel: 1" - seems wrong?

Very concerned I don't have the right postage label for my sale - how do I tell? How do I get support if wrong?
I've sold 3 boxes of floor tiles in one sale. So the order is: box of 50 floor tiles, qty: 3. One sale, consisting of 3 large boxes.
Buyer has paid for DHL courier pickup, when I print the postage label it says "parcel: 1".
The web interface offers a button titled "get another label", but each time I click it it prints the same label showing "parcel: 1".
Very concerned I don't have the correct labels (I was expecting 3 labels for 3 boxes) and that I won't find out until the courier arrives on my doorstep and refuses to accept 2 out of 3 boxes.
AI help chat is completely useless, sending me around in circles.
Should I be concerned?

OP1 month agoI'm pretty sure it's gone wrong somehow. Ok - I can buy the extra labels, but how do I do that? Do I need to go to DHL directly? Can I do it through eBay?

Mentor1 month agoHas buyer paid postage for one or three. You cannot ask for more, so may find you have to pay the extra.
When listing with multiple items, do you have the option with the initial postage, you can add “Additional items postage £x each.”
