Sofa warranty
Hi all, I purchased a brand new sofa in here last August. The seller said it had a one year warranty on the reclining elelctivsl component.
The seller is not responding to my messages or emails, as the chair needs to be repaired as the material isn't strong on the back on the chairs. Any advice ?

Mentor5 months agoI'm afraid it's too late to do anything about it on ebay. They only allow 30 days for claims and don't get involved with warranties.
If the value makes it worthwhile you could try the small claims court, now called money claim online:

Also contact Trading Standards if it's a business seller.
