Sofa
I selled a near to new sofa for only 20 and nothing wrong with it , i even reduced it for the buyer as she said she just got a new house to move onto with her children. Also she had no money until friday i reduced it for her and held it on ebay until friday. Now she is accusing of the sofa having a broken leg. I know it took her partner a while and mate to load the van for a while. There waa no problem with the legs on the sofa

Mentor4 months agoIf it was collection in person, then from what you say she did not pick up in person, so any case opened for Not as described, should fail, but you would need to point out to ebay that it was not collected in person.

OP4 months agoNo, she didn't pick up the sofa, when the sofa left my house, the legs were fine. It was a brand-new sofa but a second.
Sorry, how would I let Ebay know, that her partner and his mate picked it up, please.
