I am selling an extra large item that was due for collection. But the buyer lives a long way away from me and wants it couriered.
anyone else had this issue. EBay has no customer service to help

You listed the skis with a postage price, stating that Parcelforce was the courier so the buyer's expectation is reasonable.

If you can't find a delivery service to accept and deliver the skis, then you will have to cancel the sale and relist the skis as collection only.

The disappointed buyer could still leave you negative feedback.

I am not sure what you would want Ebay Customer Services to do.

I have not been able to find this out from the various help pages. I have never used EBay before. There is no help line.

I will never use it again.
