I'm looking to use Royal Mail Special Delivery for posting all my items as it offers tracked and signed for to stop over worked delivery drivers dumping the item on a door step and walking away, claiming it's been delivered. It allowed me to do this for an item I just sold December 2025 but now it won't let me for next item I'm listing. All I want is that warm cosy feeling that eBay has my back when sending any parcel knowing the delivery driver will have to take an extra minute to knock the door and ensure the persons in to get that signature and not just dumping it on a door step and scurrying away. Is this asking to much?
