Simple Post insists small items go as "large letters"

Hi, I sell collectible stamps. My sales easily fit into the smallest of envelopes and weigh just a few grammes. Yet eBay's awful Simple Post system has started insisting they are "large letters" (or parcels!) and my buyers must pay accordingly. This problem started off on my phone, with the proper option being available on my laptop, but has now appears when I try to list via my laptop too. Help anyone?

If non-SD custom postage is not available in that category you could list with free postage (seller pays), buy your own postage elsewhere then apply for a refund of the unused SD label.

You cannot change tracking number so as the items will be untracked on ebay payment may be held for 14 days.
