Simple Delivery/custom postage - postcards

I am having problems listing postcards on my account as I can no longer opt out of simple delivery (I have plenty of my own stamps to use).
According to Ebay a single postcard is a large letter (presumably over 100g as it says it is not eligible for custom postage due to size/category) and I have no smaller option.
Has anyone found a way around this>
I have tried selling similar from a previous listing but it still won't allow me to use anything but simple delivery.
I have quite a number of listings on good til cancelled and wonder what happens as they relist?
I have tried to contact Ebay only to be constantly told live support is unavailable. Surely this is wrong ... according to their own info .... a standard letter under £20 weighing less than 100g should be eligible for custom postage?
Just wondering how other people are managing and if anyone has managed to find a way of using their own postage.

Mentor3 weeks agoYes if you read the many other threads on this there seems to be a major bug. The only work around is to set up a postage policy and that will get you around it. Alternatively hold off from listing until it’s sorted.
