Simple Delivery wont allow customer to select Belgium as address

Hello,
My customer cannot order from a listing because it will not allow then to select delivery to belgium. I currently have eBay Simple Delivery.
However, eBay forced me to add a Postage Policy to add a listing last week before I could save it. Now all subsequent listings are the same. It shows the Postage Policy and a message "Simple Delivery will override your domestic postage policy."
I just want Simple Delivery back!

Mentor5 months agoGSP includes international postage and import fees.
If you send direct, buyer will have to pay import fees to carrier before delivery.
But still probably cheaper than GSP.

Mentor5 months agoThe message is saying you have SD. The SD postage label is for the item to go to the UK hub. After that the Global Shipping programme takes over.
It's possible the item in question has been blocked from going to Belgium by GSP. You could try opting out of GSP in your postage preferences and relisting the item with direct postage to Europe on it.

Ideally I would like to use GSP as stated in the listing - see 1️⃣ . Belgium is listed but the customer is incorrectly being told 'the seller doesn't deliver there' - see 2️⃣
Presumably if I opt out I will then need to provide shipping prices from Royal Mail and order postage myself?

It says contact seller.

OP5 months agoI've since chatted with customer in Canada and the GSP rates are ridiculous anyway. 41CAD compared to <£10 by Royal Mail.
Time to bite the bullet and get my shipping sorted. It probably means I have to update all my listings as well which is a pain.

OP5 months agoOkay personal/business account aside - I successfully used eBay Global Shipping Programme for a USA about 3 weeks ago. Whats changed?
