Simple Delivery - Why or Why !!!!

I am a private seller, selling off a huge collection of small Barbie accessories and clothing, which are surplus to my own collection.
My postage was set to £1.64 for the cost of postage and label, and is a lot cheaper that the simple delivery. Bear in mind, most of my items are under £3. I didnt send everything recorded , otherwise the postage would be more than the actual item. Plus the tracking on a large letter, at £1.55 was sufficient as 99% of the time, I can get proof of delivery.
Enforcing the £2.70 is ridiculous on such cheap items. Any idea how I can turn this off and take back control. Plus I find I am unable to print the pre-paid labels as they come up as a weird size, which I can seem to be able to change without a lot of messing about, when I book it myself, the size is perfect.
If I cant solve this, I will have to find another selling platform.

Mentor1 week agoYou could list with free postage, factor that cost into your item price and buy your own postage outside of eBay. There would still be a SD label but you can claim a refund for it. You can't change tracking number but you would be able to add the new number to a "not received" case if that were necessary. Payment may be held for 14 days.
