Simple delivery - what do folk think?
Is anyone else unhappy about automatic enrolment into simple delivery? The old system of customised postage seemed to work fine to me.
The small list of carriers gives very few options - I avoid evri where possible for the obvious, i don't have in-post lockers nearby and waiting for DHL To collect parcels is not convenient
What is everyone else doing?
Thanks

Mentor1 week agoIf you do not like to use Evri or Inpost, you can remove them from your postal options here:

Mentor1 week agoOn our private account we have used a few times, its easy. Personally I don't like it as I am not supporting my local post office for the postage side of things per se.
But I know I am covered if the item goes missing or arrives damaged.

Mentor1 week agoI like it, on my private account I've had a couple of items go missing/astray that I've sent out, and instead of me having to refund the buyer and try and chase Royal Mail for a missing parcel eBay make the refund.
You can remove Evri and Inpost from your Simple Delivery postage preferences if you wish.

Mentor1 week agoFar from Simple and very inflexible, but no doubt makes lots of money for ebay, and costs sellers a lot of expense when they get things wrong.
