Simple Delivery used UPS and not RM International Standard for USA | Member To Member Support

For some recent sales to USA, eBay Simple Delivery ignores my preference for RM International Standard mailing (as selected by the buyer and shown on the Order Details page), but will only issue labels for UPS courier - despite my not having any couriers selected on my shipping preferences. I have 10 miles to drive for a UPS drop-off point, which makes UPS uneconomical. I have previously asked buyers in the US to cancel their order as the funds they selected for shipping (RM Int Std), doesn't cover the bill for UPS. Any ideas ?Dave (Private seller)
