Simple Delivery UK to Ireland

Question

I have a buyer in Ireland who wants to purchase one of my items. I have the GSP enabled and Simple Delivery on the listing, but when they try to make the purchase it states that it can’t be shipped to them. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?

You may post to Ireland but unless add postage. buyer cannot pay.

I assume you mean the Republic of Ireland,. Northern Ireland using Royal Mail is the same as UK, if using courier it will cost a lot more than within the UK.

Simple delivery is available within the UK including NI ... May need to provide an International postage rate for ROI (EU/Europe).
