simple delivery to china
I sent a parcel on 28th August . It seems to have disappeared in the system . How do you get anywhere with e-bay . ie not a machine

Mentor1 month agoIf the buyer opens a "not received" case ebay should handle the refund and you keep the payment.

OP1 month agoReached the seller hub in Lichfield but now seems to have disappeared

Mentor1 month agoThen, you have fulfilled your part of the transaction, you are responsible for its safe delivery to the GSP hub, Lichfield, and no further. Some countries hold up items for very long periods at customs.
If this was a Simple Delivery transaction, and the buyer opens a case for item not received, as explained, eBay will refund the buyer, and you get to keep the payout for the item.
