Simple delivery stupidity of ebay !!!

I have been an ebay seller and buyer for a long time,with 100% feedback.

I do not understand ebays stupidity with taking away members rights to send there sold items the way they want,it is obvious that corporate greed has been the root cause of this decision,which is clear does not suit everyone.

I have refused to continue selling on ebay because of this,after being ripped off by ebay ! Who have not refunded to me postage charges for simple delivery labels that were not used. I have asked for refund on numerous occasions,only to be met with silence,i.e. no replies !!.

They will not recieve another penny from me ever.. and i hope there are more people like me out there that feel the same for similar reasons.

If you don't use the Simple Delivery label provided, you or your buyer will be refunded, depending on who paid for postage.

If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form (link below) for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.

To process your refund, we'll verify the following:
- The label was paid for by you (you offered free shipping to the buyer).
- The refund request is created within 14 days from the item's sale.
- The label wasn't used within 14 days of the item's sale.

  If your request meets all these conditions, you'll receive a refund for the shipping cost.

Ì am over it !!. I tried doing all of that .. but got nowhere. Even
contacted peter the buyer,to say he would prob get refund..

All i know is i do not like being ripped off by no one !!. SO. Ebay will
not benefit anymore from my endevours !!..

With SD and buyer paying postage, if label not used, buyer gets the refund.

Your last sold item was freepost, so buyer pays you money as listed, you use this money to buy postage.

Hmm.
My listing was two items.posted in same box.i gave buyer,free postage on
smaller item,as it would fit in box with the heavy item. I paid postage
tracked royal mail !!.
I was not aware ebay had changed there or should i say (our) 'members'
preferences of postage choices on how to post. To simple delivery labels..
Anyway.the issue is that i got ripped off by not getting the un used
postage label cost back. Ebay knows all this. So i will not sell anything
else on ebay.
