Simple Delivery Royal Mail not the right size!
I advertised an item as 70cms x 50cms and Simple Delivery. The item has sold, buyer has paid but for Royal Mail which does not accept items of this size.
I contacted Ebay two days ago. The agent said it was Ebay at fault, it would be corrected and that an email would be sent to me to confirm. No email - and all that's changed is it now says I can have a Royal Mail home collection. This still has the size restriction.
Where do I go now with this please?

It always pays to check that any service you offer is suitable for weight and size, as you cannot ask buyer for more money. They just accept the service and cost offered in the listing, it is not up to buyer to check the service you offer is correct..
