Simple Delivery Pricing
Can anyone explain how when i'm typing up an item simple delivery prices change when item is listed, example typed up an item and its says The buyer will pay rates starting from: £5.15, but when I have listed the item it says postage is £4.29, any advice would be grateful as its really putting me off listing on here ever again.

The £4.29 is the postage charge less VAT which is shown separately on the invoice
