Simple Delivery not used now getting late dispatch emails
Item was sent using Royal Mail rather than Simple Delivery. Now I am getting it hasn't been dispatched emails, the Simple Delivery label has expired. Buyer has the item and is happy, how do I close this?

Mentor5 months agoNormally you can mark dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code).
If that's not possible now there's nothing you can do. If you haven't been paid ebay will be holding the money for 14 days, and then released to you.
