Simple delivery ignores my courier settings
I have Royal Mail excluded from my Simple delivery settings. Despite this, eBay sent me a label for them to send to the Global Shipping Programme. This wastes my time when my other sales are going through Evri (local shop). Why can't they do what the settings say and how can i change it? I tried the Assistant chatbot, but it's completely useless...

OP10 months agoI understand your point, but it doesn't change the fact that eBay had no reasonable excuse for overriding my prefectures - yet another abuse of market power.

Mentor10 months agoWhy don't you ask them? Make sure they know it was the GSP because the guidance refers to those sales in particular.

Mentor10 months agoIf you look at the Simple Delivery guidance you will see that ebay reserves the right to change the courier.

Mentor10 months agoEbay uses parcel size as one example when they may change your courier choice, there are therefore others that they don't specify.
Whatever the reason, they decided to change your courier.
