Simple Delivery has size and weight wrong
Simple delivery has incorrect size and weight of item and does not offer carrier option to amend it. How can I correct this, please?

Mentor2 weeks agoIf your item is extra big or heavy you can use "Bulky parcel" which goes up to 120 x 80 x 80 cm, and up to 30kg. That availability depends on category so you need to change category or sub-category until it's an option. And try on a laptop or desktop rather than the app.
Or you could use "Oversized" to opt out of Simple Delivery and buy your own postage. That also depends on category. If you select it click on Add Primary Service and enter postage cost.

OP2 weeks agoThank you. Unfortunately I am not offered any option above 61cm long. I did try different categories but each time it reverted to medium parcel before I could complete the listing. Seems to be a weakness in the Simple Delivery system.
