Simple Delivery getting a refund ...........Show me the money
Hello , Can anyone tell me where I can find my postage refunds ? I have combined postage on a good few parcels now ( no thanks to Simple Delivery) & claimed a refund for the un-used labels BUT have no clue where I can see my money being refunded after 14 days

You have to apply within 14 days but the refunds are not issued until about 30 days. Also remember to add the tracking number to the items to get a refund for the unused labels.
