Simple Delivery for Large Letter has changed

I have used Simple Delivery a lot for sending small value item weighing 50gm. Previously when I went to buy a label I could select weight and enter "under 100gm". This changed the cost from £2.72 to £1.55.
But in past few days when I go to label, eBay immediately produces the label without allowing me to view or change weight. I am charged £2.72.
Also, I offer free postage, but eBay shows "Buyer Selected 24 Tracked Delivery".
This has happened on all recent sales. So I have to buy postage direct from Royal Mail.

·2 months agoIt looks as if you have monetised a hobby and should now have a business account.
Business sellers don't have to use Simple Delivery so changing your account (and trading legally) will eliminate issues you are having with Simple Delivery.

OP2 months agoThanks for the comment. But you misunderstand. I LIKE Simple Delivery. It has worked well for months. But suddenly they have removed the option to set the weight. So the minimum weight is !kg.
Changing to a business Account(I have looked into this) would avoid me having to use Simple Delivery. BUT I WANT TO USE SIMPLE DELIVERY. I wish they would put back the option to set a lower weight for Large Letter post.
