Simple Delivery doesn't combine postage properly for multiple items?

Am I being stupid? But Simple Delivery doesn't combine postage properly?

I have 4 items listed, that have the correct 1kg postage option on them. They were bought by one buyer and combined into one parcel automatically. However instead of allowing for 4 x 1kg items in one parcel, Simple Delivery has just charged and allowed me for one 1kg parcel, which obviously isn't big enough to fit four 1kg items into!!

So how do I now get this corrected, charge the buyer the right money and get the right label?

This is painful! You used to be able to just adjust it yourself at the end of the auction!

Thanks for your answer. Not so "Simple" Delivery then 😉

Surely it should say hey this parcel is now 4kg, lets bump the postage up to one 5kg parcel, which is cheaper than four individual parcels, yet still big enough for all the items?! In this day and age of everyone banging on about AI or even simple programming, this needs to be fixed!

You'd have to cancel the transactions with the buyer's agreement and relist with the items on one listing and correct postage cost for the buyer to buy again.
