Am I being stupid? But Simple Delivery doesn't combine postage properly?I have 4 items listed, that have the correct 1kg postage option on them. They were bought by one buyer and combined into one parcel automatically. However instead of allowing for 4 x 1kg items in one parcel, Simple Delivery has just charged and allowed me for one 1kg parcel, which obviously isn't big enough to fit four 1kg items into!!So how do I now get this corrected, charge the buyer the right money and get the right label? This is painful! You used to be able to just adjust it yourself at the end of the auction!
