Simple delivery - customers are able to choose what to pay for postage labels and change the amount

Customers seem to be able to pay what they want for postage labels despite the seller setting the size and weight of the package with Simple delivery . How can this be right ?

Buyers can only pay what you put on the listing.

Why do you think otherwise?
