Simple Delivery - Combined Postage

I sold two seperate items (photographs) to a buyer in the USA (I'm in UK). eBay Simple Delivery has sent two separate invoices, and not combined the shipping. How do I get eBay to combine the shipping? Thanks for your help!

There is an issue with Simple Delivery and combining postage.

However, personally as you are sending this to the States I would send these separately as you then have 2 essential tracking numbers should either become lost in transit.

Be aware of the new tariff duties to pay now to the States.
