Simple delivery combined label incorrect weight
A buyer has bought two items and generated SD label has only made one for 2kg.
Both lots combined are 3 kg.Â
The listing clearly states both are 2kgs each. So ebay AI had gone 2+2=2.
No way can I post as local PO will refuse pack as over weight.
I refuse to ask buyer to cancel and reorder as new listing. This is ebay fault entirely. I'm now waiting 48hrs for a correct weight label.
Has anyone else had success in getting ebay to correct their error and reissue a correct label?
The guidelines are straight out of Orwell. And a contradiction of the 1st level

Mentor6 months agoVery unlikely that ebay will do anything. The only alternative to cancelling/relisting is to pay for the correct postage yourself.

OP6 months agoThat is ridiculous, I follow the instructions, the buyer pays and ebay fouls up.
Why should I and my customer be inconvenienced for ebays error ?
As for paying the postage 🤣🤣 someone's having a laugh.
Ebay is a global trading site and it can't add up 2+2 .
