Simple Delivery. Collected, but buyer says they haven't collectef
Morning. I sent an item simple delivery. It went to a Parcelshop. It is showing as collected. The buyer says they haven't collected it. I know i have to give my code and ID to collect, so this seems unlikely. Buyer is going to check today, but has this happened to anyone else? I could see a parcel being scanned in error, but name check and ID check should prevent this?

OP6 months agoHi. I've had an update from the buyer. The parcel was given to the wrong person. It was brought back, so my buyer was able to collect. I'm going to let Evri know. Will attempt to contact Ebay to report. I'm not impressed with the security.

Mentor6 months agoAs said your bit is delivery to pick up point, so if you have proof of delivery that is it.

Mentor6 months agoThey'll have to take it up with ebay. You've done your bit. If they can convince ebay they don't have the item ebay should issue the refund but you keep the payment.
