Simple Delivery - change courier??
I've sold an item but realised it is bigger than I thought when I listed it.
It's more than 60cm long but I selected medium Royal Mail parcel.
There's no way to change the parcel size as the box is greyed out.
The Q&A seem to suggest it is possible to do, with the seller swallowing the additional postage costs and a £1 admin fee, but don't say how to do it.
Can i even send a large parcel (85cm long) by Royal Mail using Simple Delivery or does it have to be Evri?
Does anyone know how I can request a new postage label and pay the admin fee??
