Simple delivery causes negative ratings
After using the eBay simple delivery and Global delivery services, I am forced to use by eBay, I started to receive negative comments about "delivery fees not reasonable" and "slow delivery", and it is getting worse day by day. How can I get it around? Thank you.

OP5 months agoalready, but after using Simple Delivery recently, "delivery charges" and
"delivery time" became 4.8 and 4.9.

Mentor5 months agoYou'll get your ratings up to 5 by registering correctly, and being in charge of your own postage charges and delivery times.

OP5 months agoto seller's ratings, as those were done by eBay, not sellers. Thank you.

Mentor5 months agoYou're initial question was how to avoid Simple Delivery, the Simple Answer is to register correctly as a Business Seller.

Mentor5 months agoNot only do you advertise your website using a fake listing, you also tell buyers to buy from that website to avoid the buyer protection fee.
That is fee avoidance and frowned upon by ebay.
If you don't convert to a business account you may find yourself unable to sell on ebay, or use it to advertise off ebay sales.

You need to act on the advice given on this thread. You are not registered correctly with eBay to sell your items.

Mentor5 months agoSimple.
As you are selling all Brand New items you are actually on the wrong selling account. A Private seller is one who is selling their unwanted used items, say a garage, wardrobe, attic clear out. Simple Delivery is mandatory for Private sellers.
Selling Brand New items you need a Business Account, and there you do not use Simple Delivery but your own postage.
Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this, and not the app or mobile browser. Chrome seems to work best on eBay.

It's easy to switch over, see here:

Mentor5 months agoThere are business fees yes, but fees aside you are a trader and need to switch accounts, to trade legally.
Go to Help & Contact top left of your eBay page and type in Business seller Fees.
