Simple Delivery breaching UK Consumer rights as it doesn't show price to pay or payment method
We all agree, Simple Delivery just sucks, but, is eBay breaching our UK Consumer Rights by not telling us:
The amount we're going to pay
How we can pay
Here's the info from Gov.uk on the subject:
Before an order is placed
You must provide:
- your business name, contact details and address
- a description of your goods or services
- the price, including all taxes
- how a customer can pay
Does anyone know how to:
Contact a real living person in eBay Customer support to raise this with eBay or,
Start a claim against eBay for breaching these rights with how Simple Delivery is currently set to function?

Mentor11 months agoThe link you provide is for business sellers selling online, which it looks as though you should be.
Simple Delivery is only applicable to private seller sales
