Simple delivery 'book now' home collection from courier not working

Question

I've just had to purchase a label from RM directly as home collection button isn't working (literally does nothing when I click on it).

I don't have a local post office and items to big to use a post box.

Tried reinstalling Ebay etc but nothing helps, any ideas please!

If you have the original label you still would have been able to book the collection with RM. They have this facility on their website, there was no need to buy a new label.
