simple delivery

Hi Everyone
So my problem is,
when editing an item or sell similar to make it easy, I find that I have to use Simple Delivery and can not remove or change it, why ?
if my item is over £20 I will use simple delivery as it covers me with tracked.
When I try to list an item at £2.20 I still have the same problem £2.72 simple delivery or £1.30 for my P&P as a buyer I know which one I want to pay.
Could someone help as I have asked ebay automated which is not helping

When upgraded, no more SD, you choose postage.

Mentor2 weeks agoI have just used Sell similar on one of your items and I was given CUSTOM POSTAGE. Are you perhaps selecting Simple postage , or is there no option for Custom postage?
So long as no more thsn £20 and 100 gms. coins should be exempt from Simple postage (not so simple)

Mentor2 weeks agoIt does seem to be hit and miss when listing low value / low weight items and Simple Delivery should not be applicable.
Perhaps not ideal, but try changing categories until you see custom postage appear.
