Simple Delivery
Why do EBay interfere with listings of small items of low value needing a large envelope by insisting I send it by Simple Delivery? I have had 2 occurrences of this today where there should be an option for me to use Custom postage, as I normally do. This frustrates the life out of me.

Mentor2 weeks ago · EditedYou can only use custom postage for certain categories, and even then it is sometimes necessary to test similar categories to make sure you are using the best one.

Simple delivery pushes prices to high, there may be benefits in terms of tracking etc. but it is much easier doing your own postage and I find I generally get no more than one claim of not received a year, and even then it arrives next day.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou have to set this up correctly when listing the item, it also has to be in a category that is exempt and items are under £20. Is this the case?
