Simple delivery
I sold an item using simple delivery. The seller requested a return but because of simple delivery protection eBay handled it they refunded the buyer and I kept the money too. But how do I find out the reason for return? As it doesn’t give me a reason apart from request handled by simple delivery

Mentor10 months agoThe only 2 reasons eBay refund buyers through Simple Delivery, is if it has not arrived, or if it was damaged in transit.
Any other reason for example, for item not as described, then you would have had to pay for that refund.
